Dr. Abhidhamma Kaninde

Dr. Abhidhamma Kaninde is a dedicated mindfulness practitioner and a passionate advocate for spreading secular humanistic values rooted in the teachings of Buddhism. Born in India, Dr. Kaninde was immersed in Buddhist culture from a very young age, shaping his deep connection to its philosophy and practices.

Apart from being a Paediatrician by profession, Dr. Kaninde is deeply committed to teaching and promoting mindfulness as a way of life. He believes in the universal relevance of Buddhist teachings, emphasizing kindness, ethical living, and interdependence as core principles for navigating modern challenges.
